WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

HUNG® products are of the highest quality and come with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty which commences on the original date of purchase.

This warranty is NOT applicable to HUNG® oral or topical enhancements, lubricants, gels, or cleaners and covers ONLY manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damages caused by misuse, loss, abuse or neglectful handling. Further, this warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering. Any attempt to open or take apart the product or its accessories will void the warranty.

REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT

To activate your warranty, you must register your product online via our website at https://hungformen.com/warranty and follow the instructions provided. Please contact hello@hungformen.com if you have any questions or concerns related to your warranty eligibility or the registration process.

1- YEAR WARRANTY

HUNG® warrants its’ products for a period of one (1) year, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Warranty eligibility is strictly reserved for products purchased on HungForMen.com or at an authorized reseller of HUNG® products. If you discover a qualifying defect and notify HUNG® during the warranty period, HUNG® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

Claims under this warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence and submitted to HUNG® within the warranty time period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with the warranty card that came along with your product.

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY

To claim your warranty, simply email hello@hungformen.com and provide a brief description of your product’s manufacturing defect. Please include your full name, the product’s unique warranty number, and a copy of your receipt. Please allow five (5) business days for processing.

Want to change the ending path name to something other than /warranty? Simply type in the new path name that you would like the page to be on.

Set New Thank You Page (optional)

Want to use your own thank you page? Just enter the new URL address you want to redirect your customers to after they have signed up for the warranty.

FAQ

How do I change the thank you page?

  1. Click Online Store in the left navigation menu
  2. Click pages
  3. Click the add page button
  4. Create a thank you page and copy the page url - it will look something like: https://YOURSHOPIFYSTORE.myshopify.com/pages/thank-you page
  5. Come back to the Warranty Registration settings and put the URL into the "Set New Thank You Page" box and click Update Shop.
  6. Now your customers will be sent to your custom thank you page.

How do you make the warranty url something different than /warranty?

  1. Change the "Set New Path Name" box to your new warranty path
  2. Click the Update Shop button

How do I add the warranty URL to my navigation?

  1. Click Online Store in the left navigation menu
  2. Click Navigation in the left navigation menu
  3. Click Footer Menu (or Main Menu if you prefer)
  4. Click Add Menu Item
  5. You can name it Warranty, and put the Link to /warranty
  6. Click Apply Changes

How do I make money with this app?

  1. This app is designed to capture and market to customers who purchased on other channels (e.g. Retail, Amazon, E-bay)
  2. Include a physical warranty card with each product you sell, include a warranty code that designates a short sku and a manufacture date (e.g. SF211201 is SF (product) w/manufacture date of 12/01/2021)
  3. Once a customer registers, include an accessory or follow on product offer on the thank you page. This offer should be a no brainer and have a high conversion rate.
  4. Use the product code (added to shopify customer object as a tag) using Klaviyo or Mailchimp and setup a killer e-mail sequence that teaches, engages, and sells your warranty registrants
  5. Profit $$$

How do I add custom fields?

  1. Just email support@profitfirepro.com and be very specific about which fields you want.
  2. Currently we only support dropdowns and text fields.
  3. Each custom field response will be added to the notes section of the Shopify Customer and will also be added as a shopify tag (great if you use Klaviyo or Mailchimp)

How do I email a new warranty registrant?

  1. Signup for klaviyo or mailchimp
  2. Every time a new customer registers, a tag of "Warranty Registrant" is added to the shopify customer.
  3. In Klaviyo, you need to create a new segment with a definition "Properties about someone-> Shopify Tags-> contains->Warranty Registrant"
  4. Setup an email flow using that segment
